About the Journal

Journal of Mathematics and its Applications (Krestama Math) is a high-quality, peer-reviewed open-access journal published by Kreasi Pustaka Mandiri Cirebon, Indonesia, with biannual issues in June and December and currently in the process of e-ISSN registration.

Krestama provides a dedicated platform for researchers, academics, and practitioners to publish rigorous theoretical and applied mathematical research. The journal covers:

Pure Mathematics, including algebra, analysis, geometry, topology, and number theory.
Applied Mathematics, spanning computational mathematics, mathematical modeling, optimization, statistics, and operations research.
Interdisciplinary Applications, integrating mathematics with advancements in science, engineering, economics, and education.

By fostering the exchange of ideas across disciplines, Krestama Math aims to bridge theory and real-world applications, contributing to the ongoing development of mathematical sciences.

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review by experts to ensure scientific quality and relevance. Manuscripts must align with the journal's focus and scope, adhere to the author guidelines, and demonstrate scientific merit or novelty in their respective fields.

To uphold academic integrity, all manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. Authors are strongly encouraged to use similarity detection software prior to submission. The editorial team screens for plagiarism using Turnitin and other plagiarism detection tools, including Google Scholar-based verification.

Each manuscript is evaluated by two independent peer reviewers who provide critical scientific insights to enhance the manuscript's contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. The Editorial Board communicates review decisions within approximately two weeks, though high submission volumes may extend this timeline.

The final decision on article acceptance is made by the Editor, taking into account peer reviewers' recommendations. The Editor-in-Chief oversees the publication schedule, considering factors such as submission order, geographical diversity, and thematic focus.

Archiving

Krestama is committed to long-term digital preservation of its content. The journal is included in the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS archival systems to ensure secure and permanent access to published articles.

This journal is fully supported and maintained by Kreasi Pustaka Mandiri. There are no article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees.
